Amongst other far fetched claims to save money on your energy bill, it says "*WARNING! The final day to sign up is: Monday, May 21, 2012. You must visit HomeMadeEnergy.org right now to save on your bills."

Strangely yesterday they said that Sunday was the final day. I suspect that there will be similar urgency for those who check back tomorrow.
