This is an odd one. I've just received an email, supposedly from British Airways, advising me that it's time to check in on-line for my flight from London tomorrow evening.
The problem is that I have never had any plans to fly anywhere tomorrow.
I've tried ringing BA's helpline but got a recorded message to say they were too busy; the line then went dead. So I tried to contact them by email and got an error message. Very helpful people, BA.
Anyone know of some sort of scam based on this (although I find it hard to imagine what it might be) or has BA simply made an error and sent the message to the wrong person?
BA scam?

Yep I know that one, it's a phishing scam. Don 't open any attachments or follow any links.
