Highly entertaining (to me anyway) Ch 5 series about high court enforcement officers collecting debts.
They often use the lines - 'Are these goods yours? If you can't prove they're not we're going to seize them'.
Isn't it impossible to prove that?
I suppose you could have proof that they belong to someone else but...
If they came to me and asked if I owned the BWW parked outside and I didn't and they said they would seize it unless I could prove that - I'd just let them take it. Why would I worry?
