Paltrow was talking on BBCTV this morning - will post a link when the programme is available on Iplayer.
She was saying that they have a dedicated team of scientists to make sure their stuff is efficacious - to avoid problems they've had in the past. I can't help thinking that these people will be there to avoid making dubious claims (i.e. being careful with the wording) rather than making sure their stuff actually works.
